~ The truth is... ~

Everyone comes and goes,
one day, month, year, you're here,
the next, i'm gone.

it's true that it's difficult to always be in contact,
it's true that we're not meeting up as often,
it's true that we're no longer a door away,
it's true that we're not having drama rehearsals anymore,
it's true that we don't even bump at the hallway in uni,
it's true that even a phone call is so much more expensive,
it's true that we no longer have brunch together,
it's true that we can't sing that song with a 'lisp' now,
it's true that we don't laugh at pancake manor's now.
there's a dozen of things we all miss doing together,
miss the days when we had each other by our side.

but it's also true that despite the changes,
i still miss you, you, you and you!
it's also true that despite not texting as much as we used to,
i still think of you as much as before.
whenever a song comes up, i wish you were there to sing with me,
whenever i've brunch, i'd think of all our brunch dates,
whenever i've pancakes, i'd rmb how stuffed we always got,
whenever i shop, i think about how shit a shopper you are,
whenever i see the sunset, i think about our random sunrise outings,
whenever i see a spider, i think about how you came to my rescue,
whenever i have yumcha, i think about my bad hangover,
whenever i party, i think about our houseparties.
there's so much more, that i think about,
and most importantly, you're in my thoughts.

it's crazy how things have changed, how much we've grown,
how apart we are right now~!!
but i'd still like to tell you,
i miss you, and will always be thinking of youuuuuuuu :)
just in case, you think you're forgotten...
you're not :)
