~ in between places. ~

where do you belong, where is your place in this world?

this, the place where you've got everything.
there, the place where you're starting something from nothing.
then, there's those places that's waiting for you.
what happens when these happens?
there's no longer just one place you've got to be.
cos' your world is getting bigger,
where you're at, gonna be at, changes.
perhaps that one day will come,
perhaps that one day wouldn't,
that one day that you'll finally want to stay at one spot.

thoughts change, people grow.
when we were younger, we would always say, 'when i grow up...'
when we grew older, there's those who fear growing up too quickly.
we all grow at different speeds,
how many would stay by your side and wait for you to catch up with them,
and how many would just let go of your hand?
few.
it's true.

every bird wants to fly,
when the cage opens,
the chance is here, so fly.
