~ Looking through tinted glasses ~

i really love pictures.
i really love stories.
i really love my camera.
i really love the stories captured in the pictures taken with my camera.

perhaps many people wld think that taking pics is just a waste of space
to the extent that they nvr wld understand why we take pics.
okay, i do admit taking too many pics is kinda too over
but i love taking pics, and i don't mind if i get too over.

every picture has its own story to tell.
who took it, who the person in the pic was looking at,
why there was a certain movement or why a certain object is in the pic.
also, pictures allow a presence to remain.
memories are awesome, but it gets blurry after years,
or even months.
when someone pass on, in years to come,
will i still rmb his or her face just by relying on my memories?
will i forget about that little mole by his or her eye?
each pic captures a different moment even if they were taken just seconds apart.
the clouds move, your smile might have become bigger or turning into a gradual frown.
that moment, your feelings were captured.
that moment, the photographer's image of you was also captured.
how the other person sees you, feels about you.

if pictures can tell me how others feel,
or how i really feel,
why not?
