~ A Place ~

what if you don't want to?
what if you just want to?
what if you just want to stand at a spot
and simply wait and watch?
what if you just want to be the only one who stops?

is there a place you wanna go to?
a place you want to be at?
a place you're avoiding?
a place you'll never reach?
a place you've taken for granted?
a place you're already at?

I don't want to be a place.
i don't want to be abandoned,
i don't want to be a choice but a definite.
i don't want to have others make decisions for me,
like what i have on me, who can have me.
I don't want to be static,
i want to move, i want to travel.
i don't want to remain at the same spot,
i want to run, walk, jump, fly.
one day, i'll fly away.
i don't want to simply be just a place.
i can't, and i won't.
