~ It's surreal and it's arts ~

just one day.
one day that felt so surreal, so dreamy.
the day that neither of us expected.
to be able to walk down a street,
try on different shoes,
sink in soft sand,
squint under the same sun,
and snap weird photos.
it's a really simple day,
yet it's hard to come by without a special friend :)

art. the arts.
it's living among us, in us, everywhere.
sometimes you see it, sometimes you don't.
either you get it or you don't.
never can one entirely grasp it,
nor let it simply go.
to learn, to understand, to protect it little by little.
it's the art of getting by.
